Admissions Representative

Beca McGwin is an analytical thinker, creative problem-solver, and professional Admissions Recruiter. In her role, she actively represents the Institute through engaging with students and supporting recruiting efforts both on and off campus. She looks forward to traveling across New York State, connecting with diverse communities, and sharing the Institute’s goals. Beyond her role in recruitment, she leads the coordination of student assessments for applicants and is actively engaged in running the campus clothing commissary. Beca brings a diverse skill set, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems, customer service, and communication. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science and Fashion Merchandising from Mercyhurst University, where she actively participated in Women’s Lacrosse and co-founded the Morgan’s Message Mercyhurst chapter. Rebeca is a dedicated professional with a proven track record in admissions, retail, and coaching and a passion for positively impacting education and student experiences.

  2. I spent three weeks in the Mojave Desert in California for a college course.
  3. I love hiking and visiting national parks.
