Among the core values at Golisano Institute, caring is the most important to Savannah. “You never know what’s going on inside a person’s head, so taking time to understand others’ needs, feelings, and sharing empathy can go a long way in building a long-lasting relationship,” she says. Savannah previously service as a recruiting specialist at AP Professionals of Rochester, where she screened candidates for job interviews, managed client relationships, and ran the company’s social media. Outside of work, Savannah enjoys beach volleyball at Ontario Beach Park. She lives in Pittsford, N.Y.
