Recruit our students.

Golisano Institute students are ready to contribute their skills and entrepreneurial mindset while exploring all your organization has to offer. Whether you need a short-term team player or a part-time employee who can fit seamlessly into your company culture, hosting an intern is a smart way to build a diverse talent pipeline of business-ready professionals.

Our Internship Program

We offer flexible internship options designed to fit the needs of both students and employers. Students are available for part-time internships throughout the year, with schedules ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week. In their final quarter, students can also complete a full-time, 40-hour-per-week internship.

Field Experience

Field Experiences provide students with hands-on exposure to your business’s functions, culture, and operations. Through observation and small, meaningful projects, students gain valuable industry insights while bringing fresh perspectives to your organization. This short-term engagement allows employers to assess emerging talent while providing students with real-world learning opportunities.
