Sarah Billings

Human Resources Manager

A seasoned training and staffing manager, Sarah comes to Golisano Institute from Rochester Regional Health, where she served as a Privacy Program Epic Analyst. Prior to that, she was a training and staffing manager at University of Rochester Medical Center. Sarah is an expert at implementing best practices for process improvement, training, and development. Of the values at the core of Golisano Institute’s purpose, Sarah says the one that stands out most for her is “persevering.” Determination and confidence have always been important when overcoming obstacles. As a mother, a student, and a leader, overcoming obstacles wasn’t uncommon, but with steady perseverance I accomplished much in my life which has allowed me to help others as well. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys family and friends, reading, painting, and watching movies. She is a mother of two and grandmother of one.
