John Mordaci
Vice President for Partnerships
With more than 20 years of experience in college admissions, John understands the challenges students face when it comes to choosing the right educational path. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President for Graduate and Transfer Admissions at Nazareth University. He was drawn to Golisano Institute because he saw enormous potential in “building a school that is the first of its kind nationwide from the ground floor up. And it’s happening right here in Rochester!” Transforming a vision into reality is exhilarating, John says. And the Institute’s vision tracks with what he describes as the best career advice he’s ever received: “A job is good, a career is great, but ownership is the best.” Of the school’s core values, John says integrity is the one that speaks to him most. “Integrity is the backbone that supports your values, your decisions and ultimately your character. No matter what business or industry you’re in, integrity will certainly play a role in your success.”
