Program Description: The Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship uses SMS messaging to communicate with prospective students, applicants, registered event attendees, and current program participants. Message types include:

  • General program communications and announcements

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your enrollment stage, program activity, and upcoming events. You may receive more messages during active recruitment periods or when application deadlines or events are approaching.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details regarding your plan’s applicable rates. The Golisano Institute is not responsible for any charges incurred through SMS communications.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by emailing info@golisanoinstitute.org.

Data Sharing: Your SMS opt-in and mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
