Download nowThe Business & Entrepreneurship program consists of 96 credits that are approved by the American Council on Education (ACE). In addition, students can earn four micro-credentials from Syracuse University. Once complete, students are awarded the Professional Certificate in Business & Entrepreneurship, which is licensed by New York State Education Department.

Real career experiences with businesses and nonprofits are embedded into the business and entrepreneurship program. Most quarters include a class dedicated to career development. Learning from Experience, a series of three classes, is dedicated to immersive field experiences that begin with job shadowing and evolve into full-time internships or mentored startup incubation.

The American Council on Education (ACE)—the national body that determines credit for prior learning (CPL)—equates 96% of Golisano Institute’s curriculum to either upper- or lower-division courses within a baccalaureate degree. Because of this assessment, our students can transfer credits into a traditional college program upon graduation.
